Shared vision
In 2005, Stanley Carter and Nick Prest independently arrived at a shared vision for a federation of companies in the defence and security technical services and niche products market, based on the following core values:
Independent
Expert
Practically oriented
Flexible
Cost-effective
Growing
We believe that the accessible UK market for such services and products is large and offers scope for expansion, whilst a significant proportion of the supplier base is fragmented and provides opportunities for consolidation. Cohort seeks to make further targeted acquisitions of complementary businesses.
